Civet de Nuit by Areej Le Doré is a Floral Aldehyde fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Civet de Nuit was launched in 2022. Civet de Nuit was created by Russian Adam and Sultan Pasha. Top notes are Heliotrope and Aldehydes; middle notes are Civet, Night Blooming Jasmine and Ylang-Ylang; base notes are Musk, Tobacco, Oakmoss, Benzoin, Styrax, Mysore Sandalwood, Labdanum, Ambergris, Castoreum and Olibanum.
Whether wearing at night or day, be prepared to be taken on a long rollercoaster ride of olfaction. At night, it’s as enigmatic as a film noir from yesteryear, where a significant moment may be missed if you blink for a moment… as multiple characters and muses come and slowly shy away.
In the daytime, one is more awake and thus fully committed to seeing (smell) all the beautiful characters, like watching an 18-24 hour Technicolor movie marathon. The precious newly distilled night jasmine and powdery heliotrope would have been elegant in the composition as a whole, but we decided to add the antiquated civet, with its tamed fecal notes transformed into deep bellowing sweetness…..
